Cosmos
Cosmos have lovely large pink, rose, maroon, and white colored flowers and a mild carrot flavor. Add color to salads with this charming flower or dress-up dessert and main entrées. Add Cosmos to cocktails for the WOW factor.
Chrysanthemum Flip Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 oz Grappa di Moscato
- 1.5 oz Osborne Manzanilla Sherry
- 1 oz Osborne Cream Sherry
- 0.5 oz Chrysanthemum Honey Syrup
- 3 dashes Black Lemon Bitters
- 1 Whole Egg
Rim:
- Flower Crystals® Fennel
Garnish:
- Edible Flowers Cosmos
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Dry shake until frothy. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill and dilute. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a touch of lemon zest.
